"The Lord will make a way when there seems to be no way"
These are the words to a song that have been running through my mind the past few days and how it is so true. Sometimes in life we come across road blocks and we feel like we have no where to go and there is no way to get around it. We have tried everything we have known to do and still its not working out. This is when we need to surrender to the Lord and rely on Him to work in power. It is in those times that we come before Him in weakness but relying on His strength.
To be honest, I feel like I am facing a number of those situations in my life... I have done everything that I know to do but still I have to rely on God to make a way.
But just today my heart was so encouraged by this truth. I found out that I was just approved for a 3 year visa for Kenya. That is an amazing miracle considering that I only applied about 2 months ago. Last time when I was in Kenya I had to wait one year to get approved for my visa that was only good for 1 year. By that time I was almost ready to leave the country. So this 3 year visa that I currently have is a gift from the Lord, a blessing, and an absolute miracle.
Once again the Lord showed me that "He can make a way when there seems to be no way". Nothing can stand in the way of the Lord accomplishing His will. He is Almighty!
Thank you Lord for this amazing blessing and lesson today!
